Refractive atomization micro nozzles are commonly used in greenhouses to irrigate crops. Its characteristics are small spraying water volume (40L/H), large irrigation range, low average water usage, low pressure of micro sprinkler irrigation system, no need for large pressurization equipment, low energy consumption. The water and fertilizer solution in the fertilization tank is filtered through a mesh filter and sprayed out through the micro sprinkler. At the same time, root and leaf fertilization are applied to crops, improving fertilizer utilization efficiency. The use of refractive atomization micro nozzles for irrigation saves more than 70% water and 30% fertilizer compared to traditional ground irrigation, and saves about 50% energy compared to using large and medium nozzles for irrigation. 2. Using refractive atomization micro nozzles or double-sided wheel micro nozzles for irrigation has a large spraying radius and good atomization effect. Compared with drip belts, drip pipes, drip arrows, and drip heads in micro drip irrigation systems, they are less affected by terrain and can meet irrigation needs under different conditions.
Features of the micro nozzle: 1. The micro nozzle sprays stably, 360 degree full circle spraying, and the water distribution is uniform. 2. Micro nozzle engineering plastic, with strong wear resistance and long service life. 3. Design, manufacture, and evenly spray micro nozzles. 4. The installation and maintenance of micro nozzles are simple, cost-effective, and economically practical. 5. The micro nozzle can be equipped with an anti leakage micro valve, which can prevent dripping when the micro nozzle is upside down. 6. Micro nozzles are widely used in water with various hardness levels and have a long service life.
Refractive micro nozzle
The refracting micro nozzle causes the water column sprayed from the micro nozzle to collide with the divided water surface, shattering into tiny water droplets and sprinkling them into space. This type of micro nozzle can have different spraying methods, such as full circle, umbrella shaped, strip shaped, straight or atomized spraying. In terms of nozzle structure, it can be a hole shape, a narrow slit fence, or other geometric shapes.
The characteristics of refractive micro nozzles are:
(1) Small water droplets with a close range;
(2) High degree of atomization;
(3) Simple structure, low cost, large channel changes, strong interchangeability, and wide applicability
